Leading with Empowerment

Our insurance sector client partnered with us to create an immersive leadership program for managers, designed to empower leaders, boost engagement, and drive results through their teams. It also focused on building strong peer networks, positioning participants as champions of positive change within the organisation.

 

The six-month program for 30 participants per cohort across Australia and New Zealand included six modules, assessments, coaching, and a leadership experience. Key components included a 360° Capability Assessment, Communications Profiling, Leadership Toolkit, and digital learning journals. Participants engaged in bi-weekly virtual sessions with guest speakers, case studies, live labs, sprint experiments, curated content, and peer coaching, ensuring active participation and impactful learning.

The outstanding success of this program has been the catalyst for our client approaching us to further create a series of programs for the team leader cohort to deliver at scale.
