Our client needed a cutting-edge Retail Induction to engage 'Digital Natives', accelerate competence, and drive organisational culture change. The existing 3-week face-to-face program needed a transformation.
We created TOBI (Telstra Onboarding and Induction), a 90-day learning app designed to deliver an engaging, flexible experience for new starters. TOBI featured 108 interactive games, reflective journaling, videos, assessments, and on-the-job checklists. The self-paced journey was complemented by 3 face-to-face workshops, virtual sessions, and in-store coaching with a buddy and manager check-ins. Real-time feedback from coaches ensured seamless support and rapid onboarding.
