Leadership Launchpad
Our financial sector client partnered with us to design and deliver a leadership program for first-time leaders and those looking to strengthen foundational skills. We delivered a 2½-day virtual leadership experience over six weeks for 30 participants per cohort, from Australia and Asia Pacific. Key topics included Growth Mindset, Leadership Impact, Coaching, Challenging Conversations, and Collaboration.
Participants received a leadership toolkit, digital learning journals, and engaged in seven virtual workshops with guest speakers, case studies, and live labs. The program also featured peer coaching, curated digital content, interactive activities, capability assessments, and regular pulse checks for ongoing engagement and progress.
Outcomes
Net Promoter Score
Achieved an average Net Promoter Score of 82%.
Leadership capability
60% improvement in knowledge and confidence ratings, focusing on clarity of role and responsibilities and the mindsets and behaviours required to lead effectively.
Monthly Pulse Check

83% of participants are having at least monthly one-on-ones with their direct reports.
Fortnightly Pulse Check
69%
69% of participants are having fortnightly or more frequent one-on-ones with their direct reports.
