Creating a Vibrant Coaching Culture

Our client aimed to establish a strong, consistent coaching culture across the Group, with full C-suite endorsement as a driver for Culture, Talent, and Leadership. Be Learning reimagined the original program developed with Sydney University's Coaching Psychology Unit, enhancing its impact with more experiential activities and practical delivery by specialist facilitators.
The program evolved from a two-day format to two focused, one-day sessions - Foundation and Advanced. A blended learning format was also introduced featuring eLearning modules, virtual webinars, and learning labs for flexible access.
Delivered globally in Jakarta, Hong Kong, and Shanghai, the program was seamlessly translated into Simplified Chinese, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Bahasa to meet diverse needs.
With overwhelming positive feedback, it became a core leadership development initiative, cultivating a high-impact coaching culture across APAC and achieving a 96% satisfaction rating.
