To embed flexible working into its culture, our client global telecommunications client launched the Flex Rock program. Over three years, we guided managers to embrace flexible work practices and sparked a grassroots movement for change. The program included interactive sessions with business case studies presented as theatrical scenes, tackling flexible work challenges, followed by discussions and skill-building. This led to higher staff engagement, increased female applicants, and 30% of candidates citing flexibility as a key reason for applying. The program successfully integrated hybrid work into Telstra's culture, positioning the company as a leader in workplace flexibility.
