Shandra Moran

Operations Manager

Shandra is Be Learning’s Operation Manager. She is passionate, bright and driven; which has made her the successful communicator she is today.

With over ten years experience in the media industry, Shandra has worked as Programme Director for Nova Radio, where she managed the on-air talent, production team, marketing and overall station strategies. She then proceeded to work as Talent Producer and Production Manager for Merrick & Rosso’s TV production company Smoke & Mirrors, where she liaised with the talent, crew and senior management.

Shandra recently pursued her passion for people and communication by training as a coach and trainer. She has delivered one-on-one coaching, workshops and tailored programs to assist individuals and teams in personal brand development. She is highly motivated by “assisting people to bring the best of who they are to what they do”, truly reflecting the ethos of Be Learning.
