Paul Goddard

Facilitator

Paul Goddard has a long held passion for helping others to develop their communication and leadership skills. He has combined his studies in conflict resolution and the social sciences with his extensive experience as an actor to enable him to provide practical and empowering training and coaching in a corporate context.

Paul graduated from the National Institute of Drama in the mid 80s and quickly established himself with the major Australian theatre companies appearing in over 25 productions for the Sydney Theatre Company.
With a thirst for continuous development Paul undertook studies at Sydney University in the early 90s gaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Social Sciences. He has completed studies in Conflict Resolution and obtained his Cert IV in Workplace Training.

In the last 15 years Paul has worked as a facilitator, trainer and professional role player for many major Australian companies as well as many federal and state departments. His approach to training is to ensure that there is a safe space for exploring new skills and that clients and participants feel empowered by the experience ready to consolidate and continue the learning in the workplace.
