To create a culture of better interpersonal communication and leadership within the most senior levels of management of one of Australia’s largest chartered accounting firms.
THE BE LEARNING EXPERIENCE
In order to create a shared language and coherent leadership approach, we developed a series of individual coaching sessions, workshops, forum theatre, case studies and rehearse for reality experiences that were delivered over an 8 month timeframe. Key to the success of the program was the interactive nature of the experience that was tailored to suit the needs of the business. Evaluation and feedback was completed at each stage of the learning journey and this was highly valuable in assessing the program’s effectiveness and making adjustments to design and delivery throughout.
