THE BE LEARNING EXPERIENCE

We developed an experience that followed ‘a day in the life of Danny Mullens’ a fictional character modeled on their people. The overarching theme was “this is the way we do things around here” with the belief that we are united and consistent from the head office to regional branches.

The film was engaging, humorous, down to earth and was supported with a facilitator guide. The film proved to be a highly successful change tool and was very well received across all levels of the organisation. At the request of staff, the main character, Danny Mullens, was later used at the National Conference to bring to life key messages and link important company themes to the character.
