MEASURING OUTCOMES

Be Learning recommends the measurement of both the short and long-term effectiveness of your learning solution and training interventions.

We can measure both the short and long-term effectiveness of the intervention in qualitative and quantitative ways.

Be Learning’s Open Progress™ approach also encourages the measurement of the economic advantages that employee development provides. In this way organisations can analyse the return on investment.

In partnership with Richard Carter from Advanced Narrative, we evaluate training effectiveness in at least 4 ways:

  • Traditional participant evaluations.
  • Participant Self-Efficacy surveys pre and post programs.
  • Changes in employee behaviour (i.e. mystery shopping or customer surveys).
  • Performance improvement such as transactions performed or sales made.

By conducting benchmark surveys and other forms of data collection prior to a program, we can measure both the short and long-term effectiveness of the intervention in qualitative and quantitative ways.  The quantitative data may include:  analysis of mystery shopping results, customer survey responses, sales activity and performance data. This data analysis generates hard numbers to evaluate the economic effectiveness of Be Learning’s program.
