In-house Workshops
It’s not the heat of the game that forges a team it’s the
quality of the training.
The quality of the training comes from workshops that are practical
and relevant to the reality of the workplace. We design your programme
in consideration of your desired outcomes and the current learning level
of the participants. We work in smaller groups often involving corporate
actors to reflect current case studies. This provides a forum for interactive
exploration of scenarios where skills being taught can be put into practice
immediately.
Workshops are tailored to the culture and language of your organisation.
We are always mindful that the workshop is an ideal place to translate
the vision, values and business strategy of the organisation into the
practical every day reality of the participants. Workshops range from
half-day to four-day interventions.

Executive
Coaching
Performers at the highest level always need a coach. Executive coaching
is the perfect option for participants who operate at the higher corporate
levels. The sessions are tailored specifically to meet the needs of
the individual executive and may cover the key areas of communication,
presentation and leadership in the corporate arena. These one-on-one,
tailored, coaching sessions range in time from two hours to a full
working day. Scheduling arrangements are flexible.

interactive eLearning programs tailored to meet your learning requirements.
The eLearning modules are created in partnership with our clients and
our highly experienced production team. The programs can delivered internally
or hosted externally, they can be implemented on the organisations internal
platforms or integrated into the existing Learning Management System.
Our expertise in creating dramatic, character-based narrative is at
its best where theory is brought to life through the use of actor re-enactments
and animation therefore we strive to create highly interactive e-simulations
that place the learner into a situation as close to reality as possible.
Each module conveys the key messages needing to be understood by the
user. Competency questions follow to ensure that each user has absorbed
the learning. Participants can only progress to the next stage of the
program when the knowledge has been thoroughly digested.

Conferences
We’re proud of our reputation as a premium provider of learning
content and entertainment for company conferences. These services may
include hosting the entire conference, training, plenary and breakout
sessions, a DVD or simply some entertainment to bring everyone together.
We provide professional actors performing theatrical features, sequences
and segues throughout a conference. Our conference interventions ensure
that delegates are highly engaged and having fun while learning. They
can also be about pure entertainment with corporate cabaret, improvised
theatre and individual performers specifically suited to the event.
